Do we have anything like rapid fire on ps4

We don't have any scripting functions to allow rapid fire. The closest we have is a Turbo Mode that speeds up the button press but the timing isn't compatible with Modern Warfare. You can try it, but I haven't found a gun it works well with yet.

We need to make it so it still auto aims because for me I miss shots that I should be hitting

Aim-assist is a setting in the menu you can choose to turn on/off or control the strength of the "stickiness" on targets.

Yeah I wish there was a setting to help with that becauSe on the controller it follows but when I use the mouse it doesn’t , Even turn on

In the Modern Warfare game settings menu go to Controller and scroll down to Aim Assist and select Standard, Precision or Focusing to change the feel.
